Senior Service - Is it right for you?
City Garbage Company of Eureka understands that the rising cost of garbage service may create a financial hardship for seniors who rely on a fixed income. In addition, we recognize that many seniors do not produce a large volume of trash.
In an attempt to address both of these situations, City Garbage Company of Eureka has created a special Senior Service Program.
This program is not ideal for every senior citizen, however, it does offer significant savings for those whose service requirements meet the following guidelines:
- You must be 65 or older.
- You must live within the city limits of Eureka.
- You must use a 20-gallon can.
- To apply for the Program, contact our office and provide date of birth.
- If you need to put out extra trash, it must be in a separate bag. Extra trash will be charged at the current applicable rate.
